Sign up now for the Jr. Knicks Affiliate Clinic with Hoops 4 All, presented by PM Pediatric Care. The clinic will feature (1) session with our Jr. Knicks clinicians so let's get ready to have some fun! This is an EXCLUSIVE access only event for the youth associated with Hoops 4 All.

You must be between the ages of 7-14 in order to participate.

You will receive some Knicks & PM Pediatric Care swag that we'd like for you to wear during the event.
