Sign up now for the Jr. Knicks Affiliate Clinic with Syosset Elite Youth Athletics Association (SEYAA), presented by PM Pediatric Care. The clinic will feature (2) sessions with our Jr. Knicks clinicians so let's get ready to have some fun! This is an EXCLUSIVE access only event for the youth associated with Syosset Elite Youth Athletics Association (SEYAA). You must be between the ages of 5-14 in order to participate. Please pick a session and register for that session only.

You will receive some Knicks & PM Pediatric Care swag that we'd like you to wear during the event.

All skill levels are welcomed!

Clinic Location: Next Level Sports Center - 156 Railroad Street, Huntington Station, NY 11746

Session 1 (5-8 year olds): 3:30PM-4:30PM

Session 2 (9-14 year olds): 4:30PM-5:30PM
